		<description>Nice review.  I will add it to my "to read" list.  I especially like the insight under "1) Fulfilling Your Dreams" above.  Organization is not a destination.  It is a tool to help in achieving one's goals.  It takes effort, but the payoff is outstanding.  Also, we all fall off the wagon sometimes.  It's important not to beat ourselves up, but to refocus and get back on.  It's a journey.  Thanks for the great content!</description>
